Terms and Conditions
We do our best to make sure any ingredients or foods listed as having to be avoided do not make it into your meals, however this is not 100% guaranteed. If you have severe allergies (especially to nuts, garlic, onions or nightshades), it may be advised to not enroll due to the risk of cross contamination of ingredients.
Please note that upon registering, your membership will automatically recur on a weekly basis until cancelled. We require one week’s notice for cancellations of memberships. Your one week’s cancellation will mean that there will be one more week of deliveries and payment received after your current week.
For cancellation/changes of upcoming deliveries notice should be given before our deadlines for finalizing orders:
- Wednesday @ 1PM for Sunday/Monday
- Saturday @ 1PM for Wednesday/Thursday
A fully refundable $30 deposit will be applied towards use of our reusable thermal bags/ice packs. With each new delivery, please provide the bag/ice pack from your previous order to the driver. Bags must be returned clean and undamaged in order to receive the deposit back if you do decide to cancel.
There will also be a separate $7 weekly charge per delivery added to your account for delivery, if you prefer to pickup this cost would be waived.
